According to the results of the SIPAS Index in 2022, the satisfaction level of people and organizations with the public administration services in Binh Duong province reached 85.52%; ranked 4th out of 63 provinces and cities, up 18 places compared to 2021 (in 2021 Binh Duong ranked 22nd out of 63 provinces). The top five provinces include Quang Ninh, Thai Nguyen, Ca Mau, Binh Duong and Thanh Hoa.
Regarding the PAR Index, Quang Ninh led the provinces and cities in the country with 90.1 points, the lowest is Phu Yen (55.99 points). Binh Duong reached 84.78/100 points, ranking 35th out of 63 provinces and cities in the country (down 22 places compared to 2021).

The PAR Index is a tool to monitor and evaluate PAR activities of ministries, ministerial-level agencies and People's Committees of provinces and centrally-run cities. The PAR index is determined in 8 areas, including: PAR direction and administration; formulating and organizing the implementation of legal documents; administrative procedure reform; organizational reform of the State administrative apparatus; building and improving the quality of cadres, civil servants and public employees; reforming the financial mechanism for administrative agencies and public non-business units; administrative modernization; implementing the one-stop-shop mechanism, and interconnected one-stop shop mechanism.
The SIPAS index is an objective measure that honestly reflects the assessment results of people and organizations about the service of State administrative agencies through the provision of specific public administrative services.
