Accordingly, departments, committees, branches and People's Committees of districts and communes strengthen the roles and responsibilities of leaders in implementing tasks; regularly monitor, guide, urge, inspect and remind specialized divisions, boards, affiliated agencies and localities under their respective management in implementing AP reform and control; implement the one-stop-shop, inter-agency one-stop-shop mechanism and apply information technology in handling AP.
Along with that, being proactive and drastic in directing and implementing the contents under the PPC's direction; ensuring that the settlement results of AP dossiers for people and enterprises are in fact synchronous and consistent with the settlement results of dossiers on the Provincial Information System for handling AP, absolutely not arising the status of the dossiers have ended and the results has been returned to people and enterprises on the System, but the actual dossiers have not been handled; taking responsibility before the PPC Chairman when there is a delay in handling the dossiers of people and enterprises and there are reflections and recommendations on the AP receipt and settlement.
Simultaneously, implementing 100% digitization of AP settlement results under the jurisdiction of settlement, returning the results to people and enterprises (the paper and digitized electronic versions with full legal validity) and fully updating them on the Provincial Information System for AP settlement.
Departments, committees and branches regularly monitor the AP announcement of Ministries and branches on the National AP Database System (csdl.dichvucong.gov.vn), promptly advise the PPC to issue the Decision publicize AP and organize the publicity of AP in accordance with regulations.
On the basis of the content of the inspection results and the actual situation in performing the task of AP control, the one-stop-shop, inter-agency one-stop-shop mechanism in 2022, agencies and localities proactively review and promptly propose solutions to adjust and overcome limitations and shortcomings, contributing to improving the quality and efficiency of AP reform, AP control, the one-stop-shop, inter-agency one-stop-shop mechanism in handling AP, etc.
