Speaking at the event, Deputy Prime Minister Le Minh Khai highly appreciated how Binh Duong selected and transformed the development model, applying it creatively to the reality of Vietnam and Binh Duong's own. Binh Duong's development model has spread to many provinces and cities throughout the country, proving the correctness and necessity for the common development.

The Deputy Prime Minister asked Binh Duong to study and switch the industrial - service - urban model to the smart industrial - service - urban model. Binh Duong needs to create conditions for enterprises like Becamex IDC to continue to act as a bridge between the state and private sectors in attracting investment and taking care of social security.
The Deputy Prime Minister said that in the coming time, the socio-economic situation in the country and internationally still faces many difficulties and challenges, Vietnam will certainly be influenced from outside. Therefore, Binh Duong needs to promote democracy, have innovative ways of doing things, ensure harmony between the interests of the State - Investors - People; develop a new ecosystem, bringing Binh Duong to a higher segment in the industrial value chain.

For localities that signed cooperation agreements with Binh Duong at the event, the Deputy Prime Minister suggested that provinces and cities need to continue to discuss and develop specific work programs to implement the direction of the Government and the Prime Minister on spreading Binh Duong's development model.
Localities need to continue to do in-depth and specific research to apply this model in their localities, to attract resources, accumulate infrastructure and improve their own development models.
The Deputy Prime Minister expressed his belief that the strategic cooperation program from Binh Duong's development model will help Binh Duong and other provinces to reach a new step in socio-economic development. This is also the Government's expectation when looking for new driving force for national growth.

Turning industrial development and investment attraction into a lever to consolidate and comprehensively develop urban, urban economy and socio-cultural life for people, changing the face of a land. Accordingly, the PPCand FPT Corporation will cooperate for comprehensive digital transformation, develop digital platforms for multi-way interconnection, improving management effectiveness and efficiency; towards digital government, digital transformation with three pillars: Digital government - Digital economy - Digital society. Becamex IDC Corp signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Deo Ca Group on the development of transport infrastructure in the near future.
