After listening to leaders of the provincial CL present the situation and make recommendations, Mr. Nguyen Van Loi emphasized that the province always pays attention to the organization and work of the Trade Union. Therefore, the investment in physical facilities for the Trade union system will be made on the general master plan of the province. For the equitization plan of the Trade Union Commercial - Tourism Only Member Co., Ltd, it is necessary to strictly follow the regulations, and seriously overcome the limitations and shortcomings. Regarding the implementation of the Trade union institutional project, the province agreed with the policy of building the Tan Uyen Town's Workers Cultural Center.

He suggested that leaders of the provincial CL need to study more close and practical cultural institutional models. The implementation of cultural institutional models needs to be streamlined, effective and suitable for workers' lives. Regarding the payroll and organizational apparatus, the provincial CL needs to review and make specific reports, especially related to the operation situation of vocational schools and non-business units to arrange and use payrolls in the Trade union system reasonably and effectively. The Secretary wished to continue to receive the attention of the Vietnam General CL, strengthen coordination in solving related issues, in order to promote Trade union activities and the movement of workers in the province.

Chairman of the Vietnam General CL Nguyen Dinh Khang highly appreciated the operation results of Binh Duong CL during the past time. He suggested the Provincial CL to continue promoting its role on the basis of sticking to the Resolution assigned by the Provincial Party Committee. The President of the Vietnam General CL wished that the provincial leaders will continue to pay attention to and strengthen coordination in directing provincial Trade Unions at all levels to successfully organize the new congress for the new 2023-2028 tenure; strengthen coordination with Trade union organization to deal with workers' complaints and frustrations; as well as pay attention to payroll issues, consolidate the organization, activities and tasks of developing Trade union members, and improve the operational efficiency of the Trade Union in performing its tasks.
