Song Than Intersection project is expected to have a total investment capital of more than 3,800 billion VND
According to the investor's report, the Song Than Intersection project (An Binh Ward, Di An City), is expected to have a total proposed investment capital of more than 3,800 billion VND, of which the cost of site clearance is 2,408 billion VND (Ho Chi Minh City 471 billion VND, Binh Duong 1,937 billion VND), about 144 households affected by the project, of which 116 households are entirely cleared. The province is preparing a pre-feasibility study report for the project.
The project of upgrading and expanding An Binh road has a length of 1.36km (including Binh Duong province and Ho Chi Minh City), in which the road in Binh Duong province has a length of 1.08km, the total proposed investment is 1,693 billion VND, of which the investment level of Binh Duong province is 1,501 billion VND. The total number of affected households is 170 households, of which 102 households are entirely cleared. The project is also preparing a pre-feasibility report.

The Ring Road No. 3 project, section through Di An city, has a length of more than 11km, with about 431 cases affected. Up to now, the project's compensation, support and resettlement records have been established; and a draft land unit price for compensation and resettlement arrangements for more than 300 households that are entirely cleared has been developed.

Advising the province to determine the appropriate compensation land price for the Ring Road No. 3 project, early to clear the ground to hand over to the construction unit to start the project. In particular, it is necessary to study resettlement areas for households that are entirely cleared with full cultural institutions, contributing to stabilizing people's lives; at the same time supporting enterprises to move to new locations to continue production and business.
