Overview of the meeting
At the meeting, provincial leaders listened to enterprises and households affected by the Ring Road No. 3 project to express their thoughts and aspirations. Most enterprises agreed with the policy of the Party and State and of Binh Duong province to build the Ring Road No. 3; at the same time, wanted the provincial government to speed up the project, issue the appropriate clearance compensation price soon, and hand over the resettlement site to the households that are entirely cleared.

Mr. Ngo Quang Su - Director of Department of Natural Resources and Environment, informs about the situation of building the clearance compensation price and construction of resettlement areas
Through the people and enterprises' opinions, representatives of departments and branches informed about the situation of compensation clearance and construction of resettlement areas as well as support policies. Mr. Nguyen Thanh Toan - Director of the Department of Industry and Trade said that Binh Duong is planning to relocate enterprises outside industrial zones and clusters in the South to the North of the province. The province spends 10% of the land fund in the Northern industrial zone and plans industrial clusters so that enterprises can move to restructure production. In June 2023, the province will submit to the Provincial People's Council to approve policies to support enterprises when moving into industrial zones and clusters. In addition, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment is also speeding up the progress of advising the PPC through the clearance compensation price, studying and proposing land funds to build resettlement areas. Di An city also continues to propagate and mobilize people to soon hand over the site to implement the project. Provincial leaders, departments, branches and localities were also very interested in listening to the people and enterprises' opinions to promptly capture information, thereby advising the province to issue appropriate policies.

Speaking at the meeting, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Van Loi shared with the thoughts and aspirations of enterprises and households affected by the Ring Road No. 3 project. The Secretary emphasized that this is a key national project, playing a very important role in the development of the entire country in general and the Southeast region in particular, and the fact that people and enterprises agree to support the policy makes a great contribution to speeding up the project's construction schedule. Sharing with the enterprises' difficulties and to take good care of the affected people's lives, the Secretary suggested that Di An City continue to mobilize people to agree with the province's policy, to soon hand over the ground to implement the project.
The functional branches research and develop the clearance compensation price on the basis of compliance with the law, and at the same time harmonize the interests of people and enterprises. Speeding up the construction of the resettlement area with full facilities for people's daily life such as parks, schools, people's markets, etc.; soon handing over the resettlement ground to the affected people.
