With the theme "Accompanying and sharing with Trade union officials and workers", the conference is an opportunity for Trade union officials and workers to voice their thoughts and aspirations and an opportunity for provincial leaders to listen, share, answer and solve pressing problems, suggestions and recommendations; and make timely decisions to take care of employees, contribute to building harmonious labor relations and enterprise development.

The conference is expected to be held in the Workers' Month 2023 (May 2023). Venue: Hall of Binh Duong Workers Cultural Center (address: D19 street, Viet Sing residential area, zone 4, An Phu ward, Thuan An city).

Presiding over the conference are representatives of the Standing Committee of Provincial People's Council, the Provincial Delegation of National Assembly Deputies, the Provincial People's Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, the Standing Committee of Provincial Labor Confederation.

Attending are leaders of departments, committees, branches, mas organizations, districts, towns and cities and 400 voters who are Trade union officials and workers in the province.
