Mr. Vu Tuan Anh - Head of Administrative Procedures Control Department, Home Affairs Section, Administrative Procedures Control Agency, Government Office shares information about the Center for Information, Direction and Management of the Government
Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Quang Tung highly appreciated the resources of the province, as well as the existing results of the province in building the DM Indicators. He hoped that, in the coming time, Binh Duong would coordinate with the Government Office in determining information needs to serve DM. The Government Office will choose Binh Duong as a point unit in the development of the Provincial and City-level DM Indicators Framework. He suggested that the province should re-survey and specify the types of DM information in the service of provincial leaders, departments and branches. On the basis of the general Indicators Framework of the Government, the province proposes and builds the Provincial DM Indicators Framework. Provincial departments, committees and branches need to have a consensus on the DM Indicators. Regarding the connection and sharing of data, the province needs to establish a focal point to connect the general information of the whole province. It is necessary to take advantage of existing data and infrastructure platforms. A relationship between statistical indicators and operating indicators must be established. In order for the construction of the DM Indicators Framework to be satisfactory and on schedule, the province needs to have a plan to prepare human resources for implementation in the coming time.
Receiving the recommendations of the survey team, Mr. Le Tuan Anh - Director of the Department of Information and Communications of the province said, the Department will synthesize recommendations to report to provincial leaders and seek advice and direction. The Department of Information and Communications will continue to coordinate with other departments, committees and branches in the province to conduct a more complete survey of indicators.
