Overview of the conference
In 2022, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees at all levels and its member organizations have well promoted their role in propaganda, grasping the people's situation, mobilizing the people to well implement the guidelines and lines of the Party, policies and laws of the State. Especially, the timely, creative, proactive and drastic coordination in propagandizing and mobilizing people to adapt safely and flexibly, effectively control the Covid-19 pandemic and actively participate in the activities to restore socio-economic development after the Covid-19 pandemic. Thereby, the Covid-19 prevention and control in the province has been basically controlled, the province's socio-economy has gradually been restored and developed, achieving many positive results.
Movements and campaigns chaired by the Front continued to be mobilized for effective implementation by the Fatherland Front at all levels and its member organizations, suitable to new conditions and situations, people actively participate in the construction of new-style rural areas and civilized urban areas.
During the year, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee at 3 levels mobilized the Fund "For the Poor" and the social security program with over 649 billion VND. In which, the Fund for the Poor mobilized nearly 18 billion VND; agencies, units, organizations, individuals and enterprises directly supported the social security program over 631 billion VND.
From the amount to support the Fund "For the Poor", the Relief Fund and social security programs, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees at all levels have coordinated with member organizations to actively create many sources of capital to support and invest in 15,532 youth union members, members and people to increase production, develop family economy, rise out of poverty, overcome difficulties and stabilize life with an amount of over 476 billion VND; organize free medical examination and treatment and provide free medicines for 23,059 people from families under preferential treatment policy and poor households in the province with an amount of over 9 billion VND; award 3,280 gifts and scholarships to poor and studious students with a total amount of 3.4 billion VND; coordinate to build and repair 184 great solidarity houses worth more than 16 billion VND.
The social supervision and criticism went into focus and key point, close to the local reality and the issues that people were concerned and pressing, strengthening the protection of people's rights and interests.

The Provincial Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front's Standing Committee develops a program to coordinate and unify the actions of the Binh Duong Provincial Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front in 2023 with the following key tasks: Propagating, mobilizing, consolidating, strengthening and promoting the strength of the great national unity; mobilizing people to emulate learning, creative work, successfully realize the goals of economic, cultural and social development, and maintain national defense and security; Implementing democracy, representing and protecting the people's legal and legitimate rights and interests; performing social supervision and criticism. Simultaneously, strengthening the organization, renovating the contents and methods, improving the operational efficiency of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, meeting the requirements of the tasks in the new period.

On behalf of the Provincial Standing Party Committee, Mr. Nguyen Hoang Thao respectfully acknowledged and praised the achievements of the Fatherland Front at all levels in the province in the past year; at the same time, emphasized a number of key tasks for the Fatherland Front at all levels and its member organizations in 2023. Specifically, proactively and actively propagating and mobilizing all classes of people, ethnic minorities and Binh Duong people abroad, arousing patriotism and promoting the spirit of great national unity. Sticking closely with the grassroots, grasping the people's thoughts and aspirations to promptly advise and propose to the government to solve pressing issues, ensuring the rights and interests of the people. Continuing to play a pivotal role in mobilizing people to contribute their wisdom and efforts to socio-economic development, and legitimately enriching themselves, focusing on the campaign to build new-style rual areas and civilized urban areas in the 2021-2025 period. In the immediate future, it is necessary to coordinate well with associations and mass organizations to organize activities to take care of the poor, beneficiaries of social protection, and workers staying in Binh Duong to celebrate Tet to ensure the right subjects and avoid duplicating with the motto "leaving no one behind".
