Overview of the meeting with BCYC delegation
Mr. Vo Van Minh shared that Binh Duong currently attracts more than 280 projects from Singapore enterprises, with a total investment of nearly 6 billion USD. Since the success of the first VSIP in Binh Duong province, up to now, VSIP Group has had 11 projects across the country, with a total land area of nearly 10,000 hectares, attracting 17 billion USD in investment capital and 860 customers from 30 countries and territories; creating jobs for 300,000 workers. VSIP Group not only contributes to bring economic benefits and jobs, but also creates value for a modern civilized industrial park model for Vietnam in general and Binh Duong province in particular. Particularly, the Binh Duong New City project with a scale of more than 1,000 hectares and the design competition of the Binh Duong Administration center were also designed and planned by Singaporean professors. Thereby, it shows that there are many relationships between Binh Duong and Singapore. He hoped that after this meeting, in the future, the members of the delegation would be future investors in Binh Duong.
