At the meeting, Vice Chairman of the PPC Nguyen Van Danh briefly informed about the socio-economic development achievements of Binh Duong.
The Vice Chairman of the PPC said that besides focusing on investing in technical infrastructure, building and developing a modern and synchronous transport system, ensuring connection with the transport network of the Southern key economic region in order to serve the goals of socio-economic development, Binh Duong province also actively invests in the development of health, education-training and human resource development.
The province has 108 vocational education institutions, including 07 colleges and vocational colleges, 01 Railway College - Southern Branch, 10 intermediate schools, 19 vocational education centers and 71 other establishments have registered vocational education activities, fully meeting the learning needs of the people and the needs of enterprises for using human resources.
In parallel, Binh Duong currently has 29 industrial parks with an area of 12,798 hectares and 12 industrial clusters with an area of 815 hectares. The province's industrial parks are invested with synchronous and modern technical infrastructure, which is convenient for attracting investment.

As for the investment attraction situation, accumulated to November 30, 2022, the province has 4,082 investment projects from 65 countries and territories with a total registered capital of 39.7 billion USD. In which, the Kingdom of Belgium currently has 05 investment projects with a total capital of 39.2 million USD, operating mainly in the field of manufacturing pharmaceuticals, garments, additive products, flavorings, brewing beer and malting beer yeast, providing warehousing and storing goods, etc.
Vice Chairman of the PPC Nguyen Van Danh emphasized that Binh Duong is aiming for green and sustainable development, so it is giving priority to attracting investment in high-tech, advanced, environmentally friendly, less labor-intensive industries and fields, creating high added value. Provincial leaders hope, in the coming time, there will be many potential Belgian enterprises that match the province's criteria and development orientation to explore investment opportunities in Binh Duong province.

Mr. Gricha Safarian highly appreciated the dynamic and creative development process of Binh Duong province. He believed that Binh Duong is an ideal destination for investors, and he highly appreciated the reform of administrative procedures and the strategy of sustainable and environmentally friendly development of the province. He believed that with the efforts of the provincial government, the future of Binh Duong will develop to new heights.
Currently, Mr. Gricha Safarian is planning to establish a social enterprise in Binh Duong to implement a vocational training linkage model in baking to serve the community. Accordingly, the enterprise will provide a completely free vocational training program for disadvantaged and vulnerable children in the province. In addition, the enterprise also supports accommodation and living expenses during the study period.
He hoped that the provincial government would create favorable conditions for enterprise to invest in production effectively as well as successfully deploy the vocational training linkage model in the province.
