Using the OPS, organizations and individuals will reduce time and travel costs for sending and receiving results of records. At the same time, transactions can be done 24/7 and anytime, anywhere (if there is Internet). In addition, the service also enhances the publicity and transparency of administrative procedures; improves the responsibilities, qualifications and knowledge of information technology of civil servants in administrative agencies, contributing to socio-economic development.

Using an Electronic Identity Account (e-ID Account) will help to perform public services without having to re-verify personal information. The benefits that people will enjoy include: People can make transactions in an electronic environment that is reliable, accurate, fast, simple, economical, etc. Besides, people can transact anytime, anywhere; especially for essential transactions, but still ensure strict management, security, information safety, data confidentiality, and avoid forgery. In addition, the e-ID Account also integrates all kinds of identification documents, helping people to reduce related documents when making transactions, etc.
