Overview of the program
At the program, Dr. Ngo Minh Duc - EIU President shared, in the 2020 – 2025 period, one of the sustainable development strategies of EIU is to expand and strengthen international cooperation, in which partners from Japan are always identified by the University's leaders as reliable partners and look forward to connecting and cooperating in the future, etc. These activities not only have great significance for the training and research of the Universities, but also contribute to consolidating the good and deep friendship and cooperation relationship between Binh Duong province and Yamaguchi prefecture.

Over the years, EIU has always focused on strengthening international cooperation activities, especially cooperation with enterprises and prestigious educational institutions. The university has built and developed a network of close connections with more than 280 enterprises, universities at home and abroad; signed cooperation agreements with partners around the world such as the United States, Singapore, France, Finland, the Netherlands, Thailand, Slovenia, Myanmar, Korea and India. Thereby creating opportunities to meet and exchange between enterprises and educational units together as well as connect students with enterprises and educational units through many activities such as research and development cooperation, commercialization of research results, development of University's training programs, support to promote innovative start-ups, etc.

Mr. Muraoka Tsugumasa - Governor of Yamaguchi prefecture expressed his impression of EIU's campus, material conditions as well as training programs and orientations. He also briefly informed about the highlights and special features of the economy-society, culture and education of Yamaguchi prefecture and Yamaguchi University.
