Under the centralized leadership of the Provincial Standing Party Committee, the Provincial Steering Committee for Pandemic Prevention and Control, Binh Duong provincial People's Council has been proactive and flexible in directing and coordinating with the Provincial People's Committee to promulgate important policies related to pandemic prevention and control. From the timely decisions of the Provincial People's Council, it has contributed to ensuring social security for people in pandemic times of urgent need, and at the same time, focused resources to support the Health branch and other frontline forces in pandemic prevention and control.
These can be mentioned as Resolution 03/2021/NQ-HDND on the support regime for the Covid community Group in Binh Duong province. This is a very important regime to promote the role of the Covid-19 community Group - a bridge to bring the directives of the Steering Committee for pandemic prevention and control at all levels to each person and family. Through this Resolution, the Covid community Group's members were motivated, encouraged, and continued to promote the spirit of voluntariness and enhance the responsibility of the Covid-19 community Group to ensure substantive and effective operations.
Along with that, Resolution 05/2021/NQ-HDND on the policy of supporting extra meals for people who have to be treated for Covid-19 infection (F0) and medical staff who are on duty 24/24 hours at medical quarantine and treatment facilities due to Covid-19 in Binh Duong province. This is a Resolution issued with the meaning of timely encouragement for the frontline force in pandemic prevention and control, contributing to support the treatment according to the model of "3-tier treatment tower". Thereby, contributing to minimizing the loss of life and ensuring the health of patients infected with Covid-19.

In the context of Binh Duong province strictly implementing Directive 16/CT-TTg of the Prime Minister on social distancing, there were many "red zones" and high infection rate, it is necessary to apply "freezing and lockdown" measures to limit the infection rate of the pandemic. Resolution 04/2021/NQ-HDND on rent support for workers staying at boarding houses in Binh Duong province was promptly issued. This Resolution played an important role in supporting workers, especially those who had to temporarily stop working, encouraging workers to agree with the social distancing measures of the Steering Committee for pandemic Prevention and Control at all levels.
