The seminar focused on 03 topics: Experience in improving the quality of the verification of reports and draft Resolutions to be submitted to the meeting of the Provincial People's Council, working relationship between the People's Council Committees with the Office of National Assembly Deputies' Delegation and the People's Council, and the information technology application to the activities of the People's Council.

At the seminar, the deputies presented proposals and recommendations to improve the coordination between the Office and the Committees, especially in the provinces and cities applying the common office model (merged from the Office of the Provincial People's Council and the Office of the Provincial National Assembly Deputies' Delegation). Many models of information technology application to improve operational quality were shared by the deputies: Applying the "paperless meeting room" model in organizing meetings, sending and responding to documents; consolidating the editorial board of the People's Council's website, upgrading the application of work records of the Office of the National Assembly Deputies' Delegation and the People's Council, etc.

Concluding the seminar, Ms. Nguyen Truong Nhat Phuong highly appreciated the efforts of the Office of the National Assembly Deputies' Delegation and the People's Council Committees of the provinces and cities participating in the seminar, giving their opinions and discussions with enthusiasm about practical experiences and problems that were still difficult and encumbered, thereby showing the contents that need to be considered and reported to the National Assembly Standing Committee in the coming time by the Deputy Working Committee.
