The specific objective is to focus on investing in key and arterial roads of the province and the region, continue to propose and recommend to the Central Government, to coordinate with provinces and cities in the Southern Key Economic Region to accelerate investment, connect ring roads, highways, etc. according to regional planning in order to reduce the load on the province's arterial roads, especially those connecting Binh Phuoc, the Central Highlands, and industrial parks in the northwest of Ho Chi Minh City, etc. to the seaport, the international airport.
In the 2021-2025 period, the province will focus on investing in construction, upgrading and expanding, gradually overcoming traffic jams on arterial roads, creating a driving force for the province's socio-economic development, especially the roads connecting the region, and at the same time continue to develop urban transport infrastructure associated with urban embellishment.
In the 2025-2030 period, basically completing the upgrading and expansion of the province's arterial roads, step by step build overpasses and intersections at different levels to improve traffic capacity on arterial roads.

Specifically, completing the roads of the North - South, East - West axis traffic projects with regional connectivity according to the Central planning that was implemented in the previous stage, continuing to invest in the development of elevated roads, intersections with different levels of connectivity on arterial traffic; investing in the construction of transport infrastructure connecting logistics centers, Inland container depot (ICDs), wharves and transshipment points; building, completing and putting into use Binh Duong's intelligent transportation system, digital transformation in transportation management.
