Under the leadership of the Presidium of the Vietnam WU's Central Committee and the Provincial Standing Party Committee, the Binh Duong WU successfully organized the 11th Provincial Women's Congress for the 2021-2026 tenure. The Congress took place in 02 days, December 26 and 27, 2021 at the Provincial Convention and Exhibition Center with the theme "Binh Duong women unite, be dynamic, creative to build a strong Union, contributing to building Binh Duong province to develop sustainably in the direction of a smart, civilized and modern city". The Congress elected 39 comrades to join the Executive Committee of the Provincial WU, and elected 10 official delegates to the 13th National Women's Congress for 2022-2027 tenure. Ms. Truong Thanh Nga was re-elected as the President of the Provincial WU.
Practically welcoming the Women's Congress at all levels, towards the 13th National Women's Congress, WU at all levels in the province have participated and organized many meaningful activities such as launching online a special emulation session with the theme "110 typical works and tasks to celebrate the 11th Provincial Women's Congress, the 13th National Women's Congress". Up to now, the planned activities and tasks have been completed with a total value of more than 9.8 billion VND, and over 11,700 children and women have benefited from the emulation.

In addition, the Union at all levels has held a dialogue with the topic "Supporting women to develop livelihoods to adapt to climate change after the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic"; responded to and mobilized female staff, civil servants, officials, members and all classes of women in the province to carry out the "Ao Dai Week" from March 01-08, 2022; mobilized members, women to respond to planting trees with the theme "Women cultivate the future - For the sake of ten years, we must plant trees, for the sake of one hundred years, we should cultivate people" from February 25 to March 25, 2022; mobilized staff, members, women and people to send messages of support to jointly build at least 130 livelihood models with a total value of 13 billion VND for women in border areas in the program "Accompanying women in border areas"; organized the Contest "Binh Duong women – graceful in Ao Dai" in 2021, etc. Implementing the program "Millions of gifts to share love", by the end of 2021, all levels of Unions in the province have mobilized 27,582 gifts worth 5,372 million VND; received and distributed 26,900 gifts supported by the Central Vietnam WU with a total value of 8.1 billion VND to members of women and children in difficult circumstances in the province, etc.
