Accordingly, the subjects of application are people with meritorious services and their relatives who are enjoying a monthly allowance under the provisions of the Ordinance on Incentives for people with meritorious services to the revolution (including the martyr's spouse who marries another spouse); people who are enjoying the monthly preferential allowance under the Prime Minister's Decisions; people from poor households, near-poor households according to the criteria of the province, people who are receiving monthly social protection allowance.

Subjects will receive a one-time support in cash at the rate of 1 million VND/person and will be applied until the end of December 31, 2021.

Support conditions: Must be on the list of monthly allowance in the locality and the list attached to the Decision on recognition of poor and near-poor households as of November 2021.

The support must be timely, correct and not omitted, openly, transparently, not to take advantage of policies. Each object is entitled to only one support, in case a person belongs to many beneficiaries, only one support will be provided. No support for subjects who voluntarily do not participate.

The Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs coordinates with relevant departments, committees and branches in guiding localities to implement, inspecting and supervising districts, towns and cities during the implementation of support to ensure the right subject, timeliness and efficiency.
