* According to Official Dispatch no. 9438/BYT-CNTT, on the basis of vaccinated people's information (including 04 mandatory information: Full name, sex, date of birth, Citizen ID/ID card number) on the Covid-19 Vaccination Management Platform shared and connected to the National Population Database, the Ministry of Public Security will inspect and compare people's information in the National Population Database.
In case people's information from the Covid-19 Vaccination Management Platform matches information in the National Population Database: The Ministry of Public Security authenticates and transfers the matching results (true/false) to the Ministry of Health to make a list on the Covid-19 Vaccination Management Platform for the People's Committees of communes, wards, commune-level towns or vaccination facilities to sign digital certificates and electronically certify on the Platform. During the time when the digital certificate is not available, the Chairman of the People's Committee of the commune, ward or commune-level town or the head of the vaccination facility shall take charge of making a minutes between the concerned parties to confirm the accuracy of the data.
In case people's information from the Covid-19 Vaccination Management Platform does not match, is missing, or is inaccurate with information in the National Population Database: The Ministry of Public Security transfers the matching results (true/false) to the Ministry of Health to make a list on the Covid-19 Vaccination Management Platform for the People's Committees of communes, wards, commune-level towns or vaccination facilities to retrieve and handle. The People's Committees of communes, wards and commune-level towns shall direct the Health branch and vaccination facilities to coordinate with the Public Security branch to supplement missing information, correct inaccurate information and carry out verification. Information verification is not performed for non-Vietnamese citizens. After reviewing and cleaning people's information, the People's Committees of communes, wards and commune-level towns direct the Health branch and vaccination facilities to update people's information, sign digital certificates, and electronically certify on the Platform. In the absence of a digital certificate, the Chairman of the People's Committee of the commune, ward or commune-level town, and the head of the vaccination facility shall take charge of making a minutes between the concerned parties to confirm the accuracy of the data.
* Official Dispatch no. 9458/BYT-CNTT guides the process of receiving and handling people's feedback on the Covid-19 Vaccination Management Platform. Based on people's feedback, health management agencies and vaccination facilities will access the Covid-19 Vaccination Management Platform to review, provide feedback, and update additional information on vaccination certificates for people.
Health management agencies and vaccination facilities must review and update the processing results of the people's feedback on Covid-19 vaccination information within 48 hours since the system records the people's feedback.
In case the people’s feedback on the Covid-19 Vaccination Portal does not have accurate information about the vaccination site, the system will save the feedback data on the Portal, on a daily basis, health management agencies will proactively assign staff to receive and directly handle feedback at https://tiemchungcovid19.gov.vn/login according to the account provided to approve the feedback of specific cases.
In case people's feedback does not have information about the vaccination site but has information about province and city (where vaccination is given), the Department of Health or the Preventive Medicine Center of the province or city will directly handle the feedback on the Portal.
In case people's feedback does not have information about the vaccination site, but has information about the province and district (where vaccination is given), the Department of Health or the Preventive Medicine Center of the province or city will directly handle or issue an account and guide the district Medical center to handle the feedback on the Portal.
In case people's feedback does not have information about the vaccination site, but has information about the province, district and commune (where vaccination is given), the Department of Health or the Preventive Medicine Center of the province or city will directly handle or issue an account and guide the district Medical center and the commune Health station to directly handle the feedback on the Portal.
In case people's feedback on the Portal is full of detailed information about vaccination site and information about vaccination doses, the data will be pushed directly to the vaccination support system at https://tiemchungcovid19.moh.gov.vn.
Vaccination facilities will receive and process people’s feedback on vaccination certificates at https://tiemchungcovid19.moh.gov.vn according to the account provided to approve the feedback.
