The Center was established under Decision no. 1843/QD-UBND dated July 20, 2021 of the Provincial People's Committee, is a public non-business unit under the Provincial Department of Planning and Investment. The organizational structure of the Center includes the Board of Directors and 04 specialized divisions: Business Development and Support Division; Investment Promotion Division; Construction – Procurement Division; Administration - Human Resources Division.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Trinh Hoang Tuan Anh - Deputy Director of the Department of Planning and Investment said that the whole province of Binh Duong currently has about 50,000 enterprises with more than 1.2 million workers from most provinces and cities in the country. The establishment of the Center contributes to improving the quality and efficiency of consultancy, support, training, enterprise development and investment promotion, and improves the investment and business environment in Binh Duong province, etc. Thereby helping to improve competitiveness and access to development resources for organizations and enterprises inside and outside the province.

The Center not only supports enterprises, attracts investment, grows and attracts foreign direct investment (FDI), encourages start-ups, etc., but also advises and supports the Department of Planning and Investment in state management of enterprises in Binh Duong province.
During the complicated development of the Covid-19 pandemic, all levels and branches in Binh Duong continued to synchronously implement many drastic solutions to help enterprises feel secure in pandemic prevention and control along with maintaining production and business, in order to successfully realize the "dual goal", contributing to socio-economic development.
Appreciating the establishment of the Binh Duong Business Support Center, Mr. Nguyen Chi Trung - General Director of Gia Dinh Group Joint Stock Company said that over the past time, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic, Binh Duong province has promptly implemented policies to support enterprises, implemented solutions to both prevent and control the pandemic effectively and develop socio-economically; in which has focused on supporting and creating favorable conditions for production and business enterprises. The establishment of the Business Support Center by the Provincial People's Committee is very important to meet the needs of consulting, support and training to help enterprises access support policies quickly. At the same time, creating a favorable business environment and attracting investment in Binh Duong, thereby contributing to improving the Provincial Competitiveness Index (PCI).
