Amending Clause 3, Article 12 (on loan term) as follows: "3. The loan term is determined in accordance with the Fund's capital capacity, specific conditions of each loan project and the debt repayment capacity of the customer, but must not exceed seven (07) years.".

Amending Clauses 6 and 7, Article 29 as follows: "6. To request the Director of Department of Natural Resources and Environment to appoint, re-appoint, dismiss and remove from office the positions of Deputy Director after obtaining the agreement of the Fund Management Council.

7. To decide on the recruitment, arrangement and management of the Fund's staff and employees, to implement salary regimes, policies, remuneration regimes, training, retraining, commendation, discipline, dismissal, etc. To decide on the appointment, re-appointment or dismissal of Heads of professional divisions and Chief accountant after consulting the Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment; the appointment, re-appointment or dismissal of Deputy heads of professional divisions.".

Amending Clause 1, Article 31 as follows: "1. The Deputy Director shall be appointed, re-appointed, dismissed or removed from office by the Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment on the basis of the Fund's Director's proposal after obtaining the agreement of the Fund Management Council. The process and procedures for appointment, re-appointment, dismissal and removal from office shall comply with current regulations".
