Units (enterprises wishing to transport employees) send transportation plans to People's Committees of districts, towns and cities (for enterprises, units located outside industrial parks), Binh Duong Industrial Zones Authority (for enterprises and units in industrial parks), Department of Industry and Trade (for enterprises and units in industrial clusters) for these units to review their needs and send them to Binh Duong Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs.
