Due to the complicated situation of the Covid-19 pandemic, the Provincial People's Committee suggested that citizens with complaints, denunciations and recommendations, reflection and consideration continue to send the applications through the postal service to the right competent authority to be handled according to regulations. In the event that it is necessary to go to the Provincial Citizen Reception Office to contact and handle work related to complaints, denunciations, recommendations and reflections, citizens are requested to strictly abide by the 5K principle and well implement measures to prevent and control the pandemic in accordance with the recommendations of health authorities.
The Provincial Citizen Reception Committee coordinates with relevant branches to well organize the citizen receptions as regulated; at the same time, well implement the plan to prevent and control the pandemic in the process of receiving citizens.
The People's Committees of districts, towns and cities base themselves on the actual situation in their localities to organize citizen receptions according to the 2013 Law on Citizen Reception and ensure the pandemic prevention and control as prescribed.
Previously, due to the Covid-19 situation, Binh Duong implemented social distancing according to Directive no. 16/CT-TTg of the Prime Minister, the Provincial People's Committee temporarily stopped receiving citizens at the Provincial Citizen Reception Office.
