Specifically, for Covid-19 testing by rapid test, making real payment, real expenditure of collection price: purchase test price + related costs (on the basis of actual collection of revenues, compensation of expenditures and having accumulations; depreciation of fixed assets; tax obligations and after-tax profits will be added to the state budget (in which, 40% of revenue is deducted for salary reform as prescribed and set up and used funds according to Decree no. 85/2012/ND-CP dated October 25, 2012).

Non-public medical facilities that are eligible to conduct Covid-19 testing according to regulations strictly follow the direction of Deputy Prime Minister Le Minh Khai in Official dispatch no. 3025/VPCP-KTTH dated May 08, 2021 of the Government Office on the above-mentioned price management, do not take advantage of the pandemic situation to increase the price of Covid-19 testing services, at the same time, must decide on the price, declare the price, list the price in accordance with regulations, send the price list for fee collection of rapid test and SARS-CoV-2 test by the unit's Realtime RT-PCR technique to the Department of Health to publicly post on the website before October 14, 2021 to review and check the implementation of the provisions of the law on prices.
Units collect and pay testing costs for each subject in accordance with the law on prices and guiding documents. In case of performing pooled sample testing, medical facilities must apply the pooled sample price, not the individual sample price for collection and payment to patients and service users.
The Department of Health will inspect and examine the implementation of the provisions of the law on prices for medical facilities in the province, require medical facilities to develop and decide on prices and declare and publicly announce the price of Covid-19 testing service in accordance with the law on prices.
