Specifically, regarding the number of permanent part-time police officers in the commune, for class 1 communes, class 2 communes, key communes, complicated in terms of security and order: no more than 06 permanent part-time police officers in 01 commune; for class 3 communes: no more than 04 permanent semi-full-time police officers in 01 commune. Regarding the number of police officers in charge of hamlets, for class 1 communes, class 2 communes, key communes, complicated in terms of security and order: no more than 02 police officers in 01 hamlet; for class 3 communes: no more than 01 police officer in 01 hamlet.
Monthly support policy is 1,900,000 VND/person/month. Monthly support policy according to education level: University 1,800,000 VND/person/month; college 1,600,000 VND/person/month; intermediate level 1,200,000 VND/person/month; elementary and untrained level 900,000 VND/person/month.
Supporting public service allowances for permanent part-time police officers in communes by 25% according to the Government's regulations on public service allowances. Supporting 100,000 VND/person/night when there is a summoning decision of the Chairman of the commune People's Committee or performing the task of ensuring security and order according to the plan approved by the competent authority, from 10:00 p.m. the previous day to 6:00 a.m. the next day but not more than 10 nights/person/month. Supporting social insurance in accordance with the provisions of voluntary social insurance at the lowest level; supporting 100% of the voluntary health insurance level as prescribed.
