The re-supervision aims to re-evaluate the arrangement and operation of the security force; the overcoming of limitations and inadequacies mentioned in the previous supervision period; results and operational efficiency of grassroots security forces in the province as well as problems that are still difficult and entangled in the current period.

The supervisory delegation has the task of organizing supervision according to the provisions of Article 80 of Law on Supervisory Activities of the National Assembly and People's Council.

Agencies subject to supervision: Provincial Police; Provincial Military Command; District People's Committee: Thu Dau Mot city, Bac Tan Uyen district, Dau Tieng district; Commune People's Committee: Chanh My ward, Phu Tan ward (Thu Dau Mot city); Lac An, Thuong Tan, Tan My communes (Bac Tan Uyen district); Dau Tieng town, Thanh An commune (Dau Tieng district).

During the complicated development of the Covid-19 pandemic, the Legal Affairs Committee will base on the actual situation of the locality to choose an appropriate form of supervision and notify each unit subject to supervision (specific time will be announced later).
