Reporting to the Delegation, Mr. Tran Bao Lam – Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union said, facing the complicated situation of the Covid-19 pandemic, officials and youth union members in the province have had many meaningful and practical activities to join hands with authorities at all levels to step by step control and repel the pandemic. The entire province has more than 15,600 volunteers assisting in taking samples for testing and screening, removing F0; serving in field hospitals, quarantine areas; supporting the distribution of food and necessities for the people.

At the same time, effectively deploying some typical models, good practices such as: "Oxygen ATM"; "Anti-pandemic F0 ATM; "Give medicine bag - remove Covid"; the model of "Rapid response vehicle fleet to support the transportation of goods and essential necessities for the lockdown and quarantine areas"; "Volunteer haircut squad in the pandemic centre"; "Bus of love" with more than 60 trips, giving 30,000 gifts, necessities, medical protective equipment to young workers, frontline forces and people in industrial parks and boarding houses, etc.

Secretary of the Youth Union Central Committee Ngo Van Cuong praised and highly appreciated the enthusiasm, day and night efforts of Binh Duong youth to join hands with the province to defeat the Covid-19 pandemic. He wished that Binh Duong provincial Youth Union officials, members, youths and pioneers would continue to well implement regulations on pandemic prevention and control; promote the spirit and youth to devote to the cause of construction and defense of the province.
