The Department of Health works closely with the provincial Center for Disease Control (CDC) and localities to daily announce Covid-19 cases to be very specific and accurate in terms of data (number of new cases per day, number of cases waiting for PCR confirmation) for monitoring, direction of the province and information for the people.
Currently, the use of PCR test results is still inadequate, affecting the province's pandemic prevention and control in terms of data publication and settlement of regimes for people infected with Covid-19. Assigning the Department of Health to advise the Provincial People's Committee to consult the Ministry of Health to consider the use of PCR results for synchronization according to the province's policy (using rapid test results to determine F0 for quarantine, treatment, enjoying the regimes).
Regarding testing, for old outbreaks, focusing on localizing as small and narrow as possible, implementing the test plan of days "1,2,3" to quickly remove F0 from the community. For new outbreaks, synchronously and methodically implementing pandemic prevention and control measures to localize, lock down, and focusing on timely handling to prevent the spread of the pandemic. Localities promptly have a reward and encouragement system for testing forces without rest on Saturdays and Sundays.
For enterprises engaged in "3 on-the-spot" production activities, related branches inspect the quality of medical facilities contracted with enterprises to better organize testing and vaccination for workers, especially those who have not been vaccinated, strictly handle irresponsible medical facilities (if any); focus on handling and well managing outbreaks arise.
The People's Committee deploys to purchase 1 million Covid-19 rapid test kits to ensure timely pandemic prevention and control.
