Ensuring that QR code scanning must be done synchronously in the province starting from September 27, 2021 at the above locations; at the same time, attaching QR code scanning requirements to safe conditions when deploying operations, production and business.
Relevant departments and branches coordinate with the People's Committees of districts and communes to strengthen inspection, guide and request agencies, units, organizations, production and business establishments, enterprises, public places, crowded places, etc. to register and paste QR codes at the location and remind, ask everyone to scan the QR code when leaving, entering, coming to the transaction, working. The Department of Information and Communications urgently implements instructions, organizes the deployment of QR code scanning technology solutions, applies the automatic scanning plan as prescribed by the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Information and Communications in a specific, simple and easy-to-implement direction; organizes general inspection and supervision of QR code scanning in the province, provides guidance on reporting and summarizing the performance results of agencies, units and localities, reporting to the Provincial Steering Committee for Covid-19 Prevention and Control periodically or irregularly as required.
At the same time, working specifically and agreeing with the Provincial Police on scanning QR codes at traffic checkpoints for pandemic prevention and control, ensuring not to cause traffic congestion, create troubles and complications for people; strengthening the direction and orientation of press agencies in the province, the grassroots information system to propagate extensively and regularly to create consensus and request agencies, units, organizations, facilities and locations to implement.
Heads of agencies and units; Chairmen of People's Committees of districts and communes urgently organize the implementation and take responsibility before the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for the implementation results of the above contents.
