​PORTAL – The Provincial People's Committee requests departments, committees, branches, People's Committees of districts, towns and cities based on the directive contents in Notice no. 218-TB/TU dated September 21, 2021 to urgently and seriously implement the assigned tasks, ensuring timeliness, efficiency and quality.

Accordingly, continuing to perform more quickly the testing to remove F0 in the "red zone" areas according to the plan on days 1, 3, and 5 to quickly detect the source of infection, localize and quarantine strictly and in the narrowest possible range to focus on quelling the pandemic. By September 27, 2021, localities must complete testing to remove F0 from the community.

The Provincial Confederation of Labor urgently mobilizes and coordinates 300 sampling teams to support "red zone" localities to carry out testing. The Department of Information and Communications sets up a map of Covid-19 to the red quarter, hamlet, boarding house and household.

The "yellow zone" and "green zone" localities carry out testing for at-risk groups and at-risk locations such as markets, supermarkets, boarding houses, bus stations, drivers, etc. to promptly and appropriately adjust measures for pandemic prevention and control; at the same time apply QR code for management; classify infections at the beginning for timely and effective collection and treatment.

Units and localities continue to thoroughly grasp and strictly implement Directive no. 12-CT/TU, dated September 14, 2021 of the Provincial Standing Party Committee.

The Department of Health coordinates with localities to urgently conduct screening for 23,000 suspected cases of Covid-19 being quarantined in localities, discharge the cases that meet the conditions prescribed by the Health branch, the remaining cases shall be sent to treatment establishments; completed before September 26, 2021. Working with private medical facilities to have a unified plan to implement the establishment and effective operation of Mobile medical stations. At the same time, unifying the number of medical personnel that need training and retraining to serve Covid-19 patient treatment facilities and Mobile medical stations, carefully reviewing and developing a specific plan to advise the Steering Committee for consideration and decision.

The Provincial People's Committee directs relevant branches to review those who have not yet received support policies due to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic as prescribed by the Central Government and the province to urgently support the people.
