The Provincial People's Committee is responsible for organizing the implementation of this Resolution and periodically reporting the implementation results at regular meetings of the Provincial People's Council.
On November 01, 2019, the Provincial People's Council approved Resolution no. 36/NQ- People's Council assigning the Provincial People's Committee to decide on investment policies for Group B and Group C projects under the authority of the Provincial People's Council. The assignment deadline is from January 01, 2020 to the end of the 2016-2021 tenure of the 9th Provincial People's Council.
