Leaders of Binh Duong province and representatives of departments, branches and medical units receive equipment sponsored by Sembcorp Group
Over the past 20 years, Sembcorp Group has accompanied the socio-economic development of Vietnam in general and Binh Duong province in particular through Vietnam - Singapore Industrial Park Joint Venture with Becamex IDC Corporation. During the Covid-19 pandemic, the Management Board of Vietnam-Singapore Industrial Park actively contributed human, material and financial resources as well as supported medical equipment, requisitioned workshops into quarantine areas to serve the province's pandemic prevention and control.
This time, Sembcorp Group continued to support Binh Duong province to improve the capacity of the treatment facilities on the tier 3, timely to treat many critically ill patients. Specifically, the Group sponsored Binh Duong Provincial General Hospital 12 ventilators and testing machines; sponsored Becamex International Hospital 65 monitors to equip and strengthen the capacity of the Covid-19 patient treatment area which are being deployed at the hospital. The total value of equipment is about VND 6.8 billion.
