At the same time, expanding the Covid-19 patient treatment area in Thuan An city with a scale from 250 beds to 500 beds for Covid-19 patients on the tier 2 to collect, care, treat and give emergency treatment for Covid-19 patients on the tier 2 of the treatment tower; transferring severe and critical patients to hospitals on the tier 3 of the treatment tower for further monitoring and treatment. The treatment area is under the direction and management of the Board of Directors of Thuan An City Medical Center; uses the seal and account of Thuan An City Medical Center to transact with related individuals and organizations.

Simultaneously, converting part of the function of the Covid-19 patient treatment area in Dau Tieng district at Ngo Quyen Primary School, Dau Tieng town, Dau Tieng district with a scale of 500 beds, of which 300 beds for the collection and treatment of Covid-19 patients on tier 1; 200 beds for the collection and treatment of Covid-19 patients on tier 2 to collect, care for, treat and give emergency treatment for Covid-19 patients on the tier 1 and tier 2 of the treatment tower.  At the same time, transferring severe and critical patients to hospitals on the tier 3 of the treatment tower for further monitoring and treatment. The treatment area is under the direction and management of the Board of Directors of Dau Tieng District Medical Center and uses the seal and account of Dau Tieng District Medical Center to transact with related individuals and organizations.

The Department of Health directs medical examination and treatment activities at the Treatment areas as prescribed by the Ministry of Health.

The People's Committees of Dau Tieng district, Ben Cat town and Thuan An city are responsible for purchasing and investing in appropriate facilities and equipment in accordance with current regulations so that the Treatment areas can operate. The Medical Centers of Dau Tieng district and Ben Cat town develop the Plan for implementation and budget and submit it to the Chairmen of the People's Committees of the district and town for approval.

The Military Command and Police of Dau Tieng district, Ben Cat town, Thuan An city are responsible for ensuring that Covid-19 patients do not arbitrarily leave the treatment area, in charge of logistics and maintaining security and order inside and outside the Treatment area.
