Accordingly, from now until September 10, 2021, "green" hamlets and quarters in "red zone" localities will consider opening up for people to move within wards and communes.
From September 10 to 15, 2021, localities strive to achieve the rate of 70-80% of "green" hamlets and quarters in "red" wards and communes and begin to gradually reduce social distancing measures; they also consider allowing people to move within districts, towns and cities. For the remaining 20-30% of high-risk hamlets and quarters, they continue to strictly implement Directive 16. Party committees and authorities of "red zone" localities actively develop operational plans in the "new ordinary" state based on the actual situation of the locality and in line with the province's new ordinary plan for implementation.
Currently, there are 03 northern districts of the province that have announced the "green zone" of the whole district, including: Phu Giao, Bau Bang and Dau Tieng.
