The Health branch must mobilize the entire political system to participate in the vaccination campaign; mobilize maximum forces, including domestic and non-public establishments for the Health branch, the police and army forces, socio-political organizations, departments, committees, branches and mass organizations, including other localities to support vaccination implementation for 1 million doses of Sinopharm's Vero Cell vaccine and all other vaccines allocated by the Ministry of Health to Binh Duong province, with the set target is to strive to inject 250,000 doses/day, combined with the good performance of data entry on the number of people injected within the prescribed time. In addition, having a plan to arrange human resources, supplies, and equipment for vaccination to meet the set targets; coordinating with the Department of Information and Communications to arrange forces to ensure timely data entry.

The Provincial police in coordination with the provincial Military Command strengthen forces to ensure security and order both inside and outside the treatment facilities; monitor and grasp the patient's living situation in the treatment area to find out the causes leading to the risk of insecurity in order to take measures to prevent and handle it promptly.
The Health branch assigns professional staff in preparing and providing medicine for F0 patients to ensure effective treatment and avoid medicine shortages; regularly holds professional consultations to handle arising difficulties and problems.
Unifying the support for people in difficult circumstances in 15 wards of Thuan An city, Di An city and Tan Uyen town (for 03 wards of Di An, An Binh and Dong Hoa in Di An city, only applying support policy for people in quarters which are continuing to implement the lockdown; not applying this support policy for quarters which do not implement lockdown) to continue strictly complying with Directive 16 to September 15, 2021 (support level is 50,000 VND/person/day, keeping the supported subject the same as before).
