The program will support 103,333 gifts of great solidarity with a total value of 31 billion VND for people residing in Binh Duong province facing difficulties due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Each gift is worth up to 300,000 VND, in the form of cash support.
Funding is supported by the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front.
The implementation period starts from September 01, 2021 to September 10, 2021.
The program aims to support poor households, near-poor households and people residing in Binh Duong province facing difficulties due to the Covid-19 pandemic, with the motto "Leave no one behind". Priority will be given to people in localities applying the "lockdown, freeze" measure.
Specific allocation of gifts to localities:
- Thu Dau Mot City: 12,000 gifts, worth 3.6 billion VND.
- Thuan An city: 22,000 gifts, worth 6.6 billion VND.
- Di An city: 22,000 gifts, worth 6.6 billion VND.
- Tan Uyen town: 20,000 gifts, worth 6 billion VND.
- Ben Cat town: 11,333 gifts, worth nearly 3.4 billion VND.
- Bau Bang district: 4,000 gifts, worth 1.2 billion VND.
- Dau Tieng district: 4,000 gifts, worth 1.2 billion VND.
- Phu Giao district: 4,000 gifts, worth 1.2 billion VND.
- Bac Tan Uyen district: 4,000 gifts, worth 1.2 billion VND.
