n which, the number of cases is concentrated in the blockade area with 3,060 cases (accounting for 75.6%), through community screening tests 687 cases (accounting for 17.0%); 190 cases through PCR confirmation at temporary isolation areas (accounting for 4.7%) and 112 cases at medical facilities (accounting for 2.8%).
The number of cases detected during community screening tests (excluding cases in isolation areas, blockades and medical facilities) increased sharply from week 33 and week 34, showing signs of decreasing at week 35.
According to the area of residence, Tan Uyen town 1,550 cases (up 18.4%), Ben Cat town 683 cases (up 194.4%), Thuan An city 1,600 cases (down 10.0%), Di An city 59 cases (down 88.8%), Thu Dau Mot city 34 cases (down 84.4%), Bac Tan Uyen district 31 cases (down 54.4%), Bau Bang district 67 cases (up 570.0%), Phu Giao district 18 cases (down 43.8%), Dau Tieng district 01 case (down 50%) and outside the province 06 cases (down 50.0%).

During the day, collecting treatment for 1,700 patients, down 16.3%; 38 deaths. Currently, Covid-19 treatment facilities in the province are treating 17,608 patients, the first floor has 14,011 patients, the second floor has 2,872 patients and the third floor has 725 patients.
Since the 4th outbreak, Binh Duong province has recorded 98,794 cases of Covid-19; 788 patients died.
From August 2, 2021, Binh Duong conducted large-scale sampling for testing phase 2 and 3. As a result, localities took quick test and PCR samples for 2,041,097 people, with 43,574positive cases; PCR sampling for 114,797 workers at 131 companies in industrial zones had 323 positive cases.

There are 38,895 people in concentrated isolation in the province; 9,898 cases of F0 isolated at home; 856,441 people have been vaccinated (including: 818,514 doses 1 and 37,927 doses 2; of which, 15,600 foreign experts have been vaccinated).
On August 28, 2021, the province spent support for 164,012 cases, with an amount of VND 68,601 billion. Including:
- Support 340 employees who suspend labor contracts or take unpaid leave with the amount of VND 1,374 billion (additional support for 113 cases of pregnancy and raising children under 6 years old);
- Food support for 7,119 F0, F1 with the amount of VND 1.431 billion (including additional support for 189 children);
- Support for 2,480 people who are employees without labor contracts with the amount of VND 3,72 billion;
- Housing rent support for 74,804 workers living in accommodation with the amount of VND 22,441 billion;
- Food support for 79,269 workers in difficult circumstances with the amount of VND 39,634 billion.
