​PORTAL - On the morning of August 24, the Government delegation led by Deputy Prime Minister Vu Duc Dam had a survey on a number of "locked-down" wards of Thuan An city.

Visiting households in Thuan Giao Residential Area in Hoa Lan 2 Quarter, Thuan Giao Ward, Deputy Prime Minister Vu Duc Dam kindly asked about the situation of people's lives in the area under "lockdown and freeze" for 15 days. Inspecting the site for rapid PCR antigen testing in the community in An Phu ward, Deputy Prime Minister Vu Duc Dam asked about people's health and encouraged the team of medical staff, doctors on the frontline against the pandemic who are on duty to take samples for testing. The Deputy Prime Minister suggested that the Health branch should guide people to take samples by themselves at testing sites to avoid people having to wait long and gather in large numbers to spread the pandemic; at the same time reducing the load on the force taking samples for testing.
