The provincial police cooperates with localities to grant Green Cards to forces performing pandemic prevention and control tasks, means of transporting essential goods for quarantine areas, and eligible enterprises for production. Coordinating with relevant branches to strictly handle organizations and individuals that violate in receiving and giving emergency care to patients that occur in the areas of Di An and Thuan An cities in accordance with the provisions of law.
The provincial People's Committee establishes a delegation to inspect the leadership, direction and implementation of pandemic prevention and control tasks in the province; strictly handle organizations and individuals who are negligent, subjective and violate regulations on pandemic prevention and control.
