​Accordingly, receiving 8,361,095 tons of rice (phase 1) from the General Department of State Reserves, distributing to subjects and localities in the province. Specifically, supporting 7.5 kgs of rice/person for people living in 11 wards of Thuan An city and Tan Uyen town to implement the policy of "lockdown, freeze" according to notice 179/TB/TU dated 20 August 2021 of the Standing Committee of Provincial Party Committee.

Supporting 15 kgs of rice/person, for people in poor households, near-poor households and people who are receiving monthly social protection allowances in the community across the province.

Supporting 7.5 kgs of rice/person, for people with difficult circumstances in towns and cities: Thuan An, Tan Uyen, Thu Dau Mot, Di An and Ben Cat.

Assigning the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs to actively coordinate with the Department of State Reserves in the Southeast region to receive and distribute rice in a timely manner to localities. At the same time, developing a plan and guiding localities to receive and support people to ensure efficiency and right subjects.

The People's Committees of districts, towns and cities arrange specific reception locations and mobilize forces to carry out reception; arrange means of transporting rice to communes, wards and commune-level towns for timely distribution to subject groups. Synthesizing and reporting the implementation results to the Provincial People's Committee (through the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs).

The Department of Transport, Provincial Police, Provincial Military Command, Department of Health, Department of Finance coordinate to ensure the safe and convenient reception and transport of rice from the Department of State Reserves in the Southeast region to localities in the area, meeting the requirements of pandemic prevention and control as prescribed.

On August 20, 2021, the Prime Minister signed and promulgated Decision no. 1415/QD-TTg on the distribution of rice from the national reserves to 24 provinces and cities nationwide to support people facing difficulties due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Accordingly, Binh Duong was granted 11,325 tons of rice. In Decision no. 519/QD-TCDT of the General Department of State Reserves, in phase 1, Binh Duong was distributed 8,361,095 tons of rice to support the people.
