Specifically, the Military force coordinates with mass organizations assigned by the People's Committees of Thuan An City and Tan Uyen Town, to take on the task of distributing in the volume of about 8 kgs/person/15 days to distribute once to each household.

Regarding essential food packages, assigning local Military forces to coordinate with mass organizations assigned by People's Committees of wards, to take on the task of distributing to each household as planned.

Regarding drinking water, assigning Binh Duong Water Environment Joint Stock Company (Biwase) to coordinate with the People's Committee of Thuan An City and Tan Uyen Town to provide once to the people.

Thus, the total value of basic essential food and foodstuffs for 11 wards in Thuan An city and Tan Uyen town in 15 days (excluding the value of rice amount granted by the province) is 539 billion 286 million VND.

The Provincial Military Command coordinates with the Department of Industry and Trade, the Department of Transport, the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development and the People's Committees of Thuan An City and Tan Uyen Town to supply food and foodstuffs directly to people within 15 days in 11 wards during the period of "lockdown and freeze".

The Military Commands of Thuan An City and Tan Uyen Town coordinates with the People's Committees of the towns and cities to arrange military forces and divide the area to receive, coordinate and provide basic essential goods to the people according to the Plan and schedule. Monitoring and grasping the actual situation of people's needs in order to have timely handling plans.

At the same time, coordinating with the Department of State Reserves in the Southeast region (Binh Duong) to deliver rice to provide rice to the people according to Decision no. 1415/QD-TTg dated August 20, 2021 of the Prime Minister on the delivery of rice from national reserves to provinces and cities to support people facing difficulties due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

The People's Committees of Thuan An City and Tan Uyen Town direct the forces to receive food and foodstuffs in the wards, ensuring the distribution to the people in the quarters. Arranging points and warehouses of essential goods in 11 wards; making a list of all people, workers and employees in boarding houses, etc. residing in a ward specifically and accurately as the subjects that are supported, ensuring that the people are properly and sufficiently supported. Mobilizing support forces to deliver essential goods to people's places of residence, giving priority to support workers and employees in boarding houses, people in quarantine and lockdown areas in the "red zone" of the area.

In addition, directing units at the checkpoints to facilitate for production enterprises of "3 on the spot", "2 locations, 1 road" in the "lockdown, freeze" area to transport goods for production and export and essential goods to ensure the lives of workers in the enterprises.
