However, in 11 wards, there are also green houses and green locations, the localities must have a plan to lock down these houses and locations for protection.
Assigning the Provincial Police, the Provincial Military Command, based on the actual situation of human resources, to urgently coordinate and supplement additional forces for Thuan An City, Tan Uyen Town to ensure security and order; patrol and inspect the strict implementation of regulations on pandemic prevention and control during the period of "lockdown and freeze" for the wards mentioned above.
The Provincial Military Command organizes and rearranges the quarantine and collection areas near Thuan An city and Tan Uyen town to promptly support localities in receiving and collecting F0 cases when screening results are available.
The Health branch urgently coordinates and adds sampling forces for Thuan An city and Tan Uyen town in the screening test to remove F0; must complete the sampling within 05 days for 11 wards of 2 localities according to the plan on 1st, 3rd and 5th day (unify test results on 1st and 3rd day using rapid test method combined with PCR; test results on 5th day using PCR for confirmation). Having a plan to go to every house for testing and vaccination for the 11 wards mentioned above. Quickly deploying the plan of mobile Medical Stations in localities, immediately arranging mobile Medical Stations in 11 wards of Thuan An city, Tan Uyen town to ensure medical examination and treatment, provide medicines to people during the implementation of regulations.
When screening test results are available, localities quickly transfer F0 cases to the provincial level for quarantine and treatment.
The Provincial Military Command presides over and coordinate with the Department of Industry and Trade, the Department of Transport, the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development with, and relevant units and mass organizations, to have a plan to coordinate and supply goods, meeting the daily essential needs of the people, especially in the area where the "lockdown and freeze" is implemented.
The Party civil affairs Committee of the Provincial People's Committee leads the Provincial People's Committee to direct the balance of the budget to support meals for people in 11 wards of Thuan An City, Tan Uyen Town during the lockdown period to implement regulations on pandemic prevention and control.
The Information and Communication Subcommittee propagates more deeply and boldly the tasks and solutions on pandemic prevention and control so that the people can agree, share and join hands with the government to implement the regulations well.
