At the same time, coordinating with functional units and localities to guide notarial practice organizations to well implement regulations and measures for Covid-19 prevention and control, especially for notarial practice organizations in the lockdown area or organizations that do not ensure good conditions in the Covid-19 prevention and control.   

Departments of Justice, People's Committees of districts, towns and cities are responsible for inspecting, supervising, urging and reminding notarial practice organizations to well implement social distancing measures; develop and implement pandemic prevention and control plans at the unit in accordance with regulations, preventing the pandemic from spreading in the community.
