​​Through the work of grasping the local situation, Thu Dau Mot City Police in collaboration with Dinh Hoa Ward Police discovered that the Facebook account named "Hung Viet" belonged to Mr. N.V.H, which posted false content that the State spends the budget on localities as well as sponsors contribute to support people affected by the Covid-19 pandemic, but it has been undercut by the local government, only acquaintances receive support and those in real difficulty do not get.

During the meeting, Mr. N.V.H said he had read information on social network (didn't remember which Facebook account), then copied and edited the article to post on his personal Facebook account with the above content.

Through the analysis of the authorities, Mr. N.V.H admitted that his information posted on the social network was completely untrue.

Considering that Mr. N.V.H had admitted his wrongdoing, removed the above content himself and committed not to repeat it, the Inspectorate of the Department of Information and Communications made minutes of administrative violation and the Chief Inspector of the Department issued a decision to sanction the administrative violation according to regulations.
