PORTAL - On August 17, 2021, Binh Duong Department of Health sent a written request to the Provincial People's Committee to consider and approve the policy and subjects of vaccination on the basis of the number of new vaccines allocated by the Ministry of Health to the province in the 21st and 22nd phases.

Vaccination implementation period: From August 20, 2021 to August 25, 2021. Vaccination on August 27-28, 2021.

It is expected that vaccines will be distributed to the following units: Thuan An city 51,300 doses; City; Di An 36,200 doses; Thu Dau Mot City 11,200 doses; Tan Uyen town 51,000 doses; Ben Cat town 10,700 doses; Bau Bang district 5,400 doses; Dau Tieng district 5,400 doses; Phu Giao district 5,400 doses; Bac Tan Uyen district 5,400 doses; industrial parks and industrial clusters 60,000 doses; Health Protection Board staff 2,500 doses; provincial level 20,710 doses.

Previously, Binh Duong was allocated Covid-19 vaccine by the Ministry of Health with the number of 544,060 doses (from phase 1 to phase 16). The province quickly developed a plan and implemented vaccination with a capacity of more than 100,000 doses/day. As of August 11, 2021, Binh Duong has basically completed the injection of the above number of vaccines. However, because the data entry on the National Covid-19 Immunization Management Platform has not kept pace with vaccination, the data on the System does not fully reflect the actual situation. Currently, the province is focusing on promoting the import of vaccination data into the System.
