For districts: Bau Bang, Bac Tan Uyen, Dau Tieng, Phu Giao, implementing Directive 16 from 0:00 on August 16, 2021 to the end of August 22, 2021; not applying maximum restriction on circulation and activities within the time frame from 18:00 the previous day to 06:00 the next day.

After this time, based on the developments of the Covid-19 pandemic in each locality, the Provincial Steering Committee for Covid-19 Prevention and Control will consider and direct the implementation to suit the actual situation of the locality.

Departments, committees and branches; People's Committees of districts, towns, cities, Steering Committees for COVID-19 prevention and control at district and commune levels shall, according to their assigned functions, tasks and authority, focus on directing the strong, drastic, substantive and effective implementation of specific measures in pandemic prevention and control in accordance with the direction of the Government, the Prime Minister and the Provincial People's Committee.

Localities actively prepare plans to respond to the pandemic situation and apply measures to prevent and control the pandemic at a "higher level" and must not be "slower" in handling the situation; at the same time, urgently implementing drastic and synchronous measures to sharply reduce the "red zone", "green" the area, build and protect the "green zone", soon bringing localities to the "sustainable new normal" according to Plan no. 146/KH-BCD dated August 07, 2021 of the Provincial Steering Committee for Covid-19 Prevention and Control.

In case of negligence, subjectivity, loss of vigilance, failure to strictly comply with regulations and guidelines for pandemic prevention and control, the head of the party committee, the authority of that unit or locality will be handled according to regulations.
