Regularly strengthening patrols, inspection, control and strictly sanctioning violators in pandemic prevention and control according to regulations and the implementation of Directive no. 16, especially resolutely not to "tighten outside, loose inside" in quarantined and locked down areas.
Provincial police direct local police to investigate and strictly handle cases of non-health declaration, dishonest declaration, etc., causing pandemic spread in the community, in case the grounds are sufficient, consolidating the dossier of request for prosecution of related organizations and individuals in accordance with regulations. At the same time, strengthening direction to ensure security and order, preventing crime, especially in the lockdown areas.
Steering Committees for Covid-19 prevention and control at district and commune levels strengthen inspection, supervision and propaganda, mobilizing the masses of people to strictly abide by Directive no. 16; strictly follow the 5K rule of the Ministry of Health, "keep staying in their place" and "Don't go out unless absolutely necessary".
