Emulating and implementing well the great campaigns of the Central Government and the province, associated with promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's thought, morality and style, in which, focusing on effectively implementing 04 emulation movements launched by the Prime Minister: "The whole nation joins hands to build new-style rural areas", "The whole nation joins hands for the poor - Leaving no one behind", "Vietnamese enterprises integrate and develop", "Cadres, civil servants and public employees emulate to implement the office culture".
At the same time, emulating to build a clean and strong Party, improving the leadership capacity and combat strength of the Party organization and its members; building a lean organizational structure, effective and efficient operation; stepping up hierarchy and decentralization along with strengthening the inspection and supervision and improving the quality of the contingent of cadres, civil servants and public employees, upholding the responsibility to set an example, the spirit of creativity, dare to think, dare to do, dare to take responsibility of cadres and party members, in association with the promotion of prevention and fight against corruption, waste, and thrift practice.
