Accordingly, the overall goal of the Plan is to ensure proactive organization of Covid-19 vaccination for subjects at high risk of Covid-19 infection in the priority and free group according to Resolution no. 21/NQ-CP who have not been vaccinated in previous phases and subjects who have enough time to inject the 2nd dose according to the instructions of the Ministry of Health, ensuring safe, quality and timely vaccination. Striving to achieve 95% of priority subjects identified at the common goal to receive free Covid-19 vaccine.
Subjects vaccinated: People working in medical facilities, health branch; frontline participants in pandemic prevention and control such as health staff, support forces, volunteers, reporters; subjects who received 1st dose have enough time to receive 2nd dose; subjects with underlying diseases, chronic diseases; people over 65 years old; retired officials; people in the pandemic areas; groups of people at risk or in contact with many people: drivers, pharmacies, toll stations, banks, postal services, tourism, hotels, etc.; essential supply enterprises; enterprises actively supporting pandemic prevention and control; foreign experts, foreigners living and working in the province; teachers, pupils, students at educational institutions; religious dignitaries; citizens and freelancers.
Deployment method: Deploying in the form of vaccination campaign; simultaneously deploying at Medical centers of districts, towns, cities, provincial public vaccination facilities and private hospitals, private polyclinics (eligible for vaccination) throughout the province; establishing mobile vaccination sites in appropriate areas; announcing to invite and mobilize subjects to receive Covid-19 vaccine according to the time frames of the day to ensure the criteria for pandemic prevention and control and minimize the waste of vaccines.
Organizing vaccination campaign from August 06, 2021 to August 09, 2021.
Vaccination site: 20 mobile vaccination teams (100 injection tables) will carry out in the successive form according to the coordination and mobilization of Binh Duong Department of Health, in which Medic-BD Hospital supports 10 mobile vaccination teams; 20 vaccination sites at provincial level and private General Hospital.
At the district level, deploying vaccination at 09 Medical centers of districts, towns and cities and 55 non-public polyclinics in the area. At the commune level, deploying vaccination at 91 commune/ward/commune-level town Health stations and mobile vaccination sites can be deployed.
