The Department of Information and Communications urgently trains the Health branch and other units and localities to quickly enter information about the vaccinated person, applying the electronic health record platform to manage and track the vaccination schedule.
The Department of Health quickly rebuilds the vaccination plan and advises the Provincial People's Committee to promulgate it. The vaccination plan must ensure that all vaccines are administered according to the allocated quota and the target must be at least 100,000 doses per day.
